Kim Montgomery, LCSW
Kim comes to BeMeBetter after a varied career, most recently as a hospice social worker. Previously, she was a behavioral health patient Care Advocate, a research scientist working with homeless adolescents, and a treatment foster care therapist.
Her primary goal is to assist clients toward an overall improvement of their quality of life through mental and physical health. Her practice focuses on a multidisciplinary combination of cognitive behavioral and narrative therapies with an intuitive approach to create a welcoming and professional environment.
Kim works with clients who need support – whether in personal growth, dealing with trauma or addiction, or when facing or going through life transitions. She has supported adults with generalized anxiety disorder and/or post-traumatic stress disorders, and parents who wish to improve how they parent by gaining insight from their own lives.
